Be an active electricity customer of an approved energy retailer
Checking Your Bill: What to Watch Out For
Victorians are being urged to check recent electricity bills to ensure they have been properly credited. Look specifically for:
$75 quarters of the 2024-25 program
Any eligible concession discount (usually 17.5% off usage and service charges)
Eligibility for the next $150 extension effective July 2025
